My Cruise Concierge was established 2016 to bring together our shared knowledge and passion for great customer experience. Our clients benefit from over 50 years combined experience, constant professional development, in addition to strong industry contacts.
At My Cruise Concierge, we certainly specialise in cruising, however offer a unique mix of expertise across all areas of travel. Furthermore, we have clients who don’t cruise every holiday, and we enjoy advising and booking beach holiday packages or big independent or tour itineraries in between.
We book couples, families, solo travellers also groups such as multi-generational families, common interest, incentive and conferences. We regularly travel and invest time in ship inspections, product information sessions, webinars. Whilst also meeting with key suppliers to ensure we offer our clients the best value product.
Accreditation
My Cruise Concierge is a member of the Cruise Lines Association of Australasia (CLIA) and all our consultants are accredited cruise specialists with this organisation. Michelle and Derek hold their Cruise Masters accreditation and are in their list of Top 50 agents, which demonstrates our continual commitment to training in this ever-growing industry.
